To create a more humorous atmosphere during the filming of “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes” Jeremy Brett would take photographs of unsuspecting members of cast and crew and stick them to a notice board for everyone to see. Here is a photo of Colin Jeavons sleeping, a few hours before make-up, with David Burke to his right.
He’s so adorable when he’s asleep!

Since the quote seemed so outlandish and stupid, I had to google for the source. It’s fucking legit. Hahaha oh my god, it’s so legit.
“Americans for a More American America”
I wonder if he’d ban Torchwood and bands with too much homoeroticism.

His climbing partner George Mallory should be added to the club “hot daguerreotype boys” as well, these two were the handsomest mountain climbing team around!
Andrew “Sandy” Irvine, c. 1920. An elite mountaineer while still an undergrad at Oxford, Irvine agreed to join George Mallory in his Everest expedition in 1924.
The two were last seen several hundred yards from the summit and it’s not known if they reached it. Irvine died on Everest at the age of twenty-two, and his body was never recovered.

ACTA in a Nutshell –
What is ACTA? ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.
Why should you care about ACTA? Initial reports indicate that the treaty will have a very broad scope and will involve new tools targeting “Internet distribution and information technology.”
What is the goal of ACTA? Reportedly the goal is to create new legal standards of intellectual property enforcement, as well as increased international cooperation, an example of which would be an increase in information sharing between signatory countries’ law enforcement agencies.
